We are taking part in the “Scoil Spreagtha” scheme to promote the Irish language in our school.
All pupils have taken this opportunity to learn a Christmas song or poem in Irish. Primary 1 and 2 performed, “Fear Beag Ramhar” as part of their Christmas play and Primary 3 to Primary 7 performed “Silent Night” in Irish at the community carol service.
We are looking forward to continuing our Irish language journey in the new year.
