We were delighted to welcome in our school nurse, Irene, to visit our P1 pupils. Irene came in to class to discuss with the children different ways we can stay healthy such as: - Eating more fruit and vegetables - Brushing our teeth twice a day - Staying off computer devices at least an hour before bed to help promote sleep.
There is a booklet that was sent home with each P1 pupil giving more information and suggestions on how to stay healthy.
