In December we welcomed, Louise Smith; Bainisteoir Aonad na Gaeilge (Irish Language Unit Manager) from Newry Mourne and Down District Council. The council came to school and recorded our pupils singing, "‘Oíche Chiúin’ showcasing our participation in the ‘Scoil Spreagtha’ scheme. NMDDC rewarded our school with vouchers for An Ceathrú Póilí bookshop in Belfast for taking part in the recordings. We have recently ordered and received our books and are looking forward to using them throughout our school. Many Thanks to ‘Scoil Spreagtha’ and NMDDC.
