As part of the Junior Entrepreneur Programme, our P7s invited a local business person into our classroom.
Catherine O'Hare spoke to the pupils about setting up and running her own thriving beauty business, 'Beauty In
Carnally'.
In preparation for the visit, all the children composed interview questions for this dynamic entrepreneur. The
pupils plan to use the information they gained to support them in setting up their own small businesses during
the Junior Entrepreneurship Programme.
Catherine spoke to the children about marketing and finance. Then she demonstrated some of the equipment
she uses in her beauty salon. She even managed to recruit some future apprentices, we think!
