This week in Cooking Club, the children enjoyed making a strawberry cheesecake! They crushed the biscuits, mixed the mousse and poured on the cream, topped off with fresh strawberries. They made one to eat themselves and one to share with someone, I wonder if the second one made it to someone ele?!?
