We were delighted to celebrate the new school year with a welcome mass today in St Michael's Church, delivered by our new Parish Priest, Canon Michael Toner. The whole school took part in the mass, from P.7 readers, P.5/6 saying the Prayers of the Faithful, P.3/4's taking up the offertory gifts to the beautiful singing by P.1/2 class and all the children.
We even managed to avoid getting too wet in the rain showers walking back! It was a wonderful opportunity to ask for God's guidance and blessing for the school year ahead.
