The Pupils and staff of St Michael's enjoyed a visit today from local author Derek Keilty. Derek spoke about his newly published children’s book, “Ivy Newt and the Time Thief”. The children enjoyed a snippet from his new book and are now hooked on finding out the ending!
Derek wowed the children with his magic skills and captured their imagination with his wonderful story-telling voices!
His visit to St. Michael's was an amazing opportunity for our pupils to meet and speak with a local author.
